❖PRODUCT INFORMATION
Wild Pup Shop's Paracord Quick release Collar will survive just about anything you throw at it and are easy to clean whilst maintaining the colour. Perfect for the wettest and muddiest Wild Pup.
The Collars are handmade in Portsmouth by myself, using Colourful 550 paracord, with a 7 strand core. These are extremely strong, durable and easy to clean.
The Collars are 16mm wide. These are suitable for small to large breed dogs.

❖OPTIONS & UPGRADES
Each collar has a metal buckle, a “D” ring (for the lead to attach to).
The Hardware on the collars are available in various colours
- Metal: Silver, Gold, Rose Gold & Neo
- Plastic: Black, Neon Pink. Neon Green, Sky Blue & Red
All hardware used is high quality, The metal hardware is coated and therefore over time will show some wear and tear.
The shape of the Clip may vary, depending on what is in stock. If you would like a particular shape buckle, please message beforehand to check stock.

❖ COLLAR SIZE
These collars are made as a custom fit for your dog. PLEASE SELECT THE EXACT SIZE YOU WANT THE COLLAR TO BE MADE TO WHEN CHECKING OUT
Each collar is made to the measurement selected. (as these are handmade there may be slight variation of up to 1.5cm +/-)
Please see picture of the collar laying flat against a tape measure if you are measuring against a existing collar.
❖HOW TO MEASURE YOUR DOG FOR A CUSTOM COLLAR:
Measure around the neck with a tape measure where the collar would naturally sit, insert a couple of your fingers for comfort and record the measurement in inches or cm.
*Please note when measuring your pets’ neck be sure to measure a comfortable yet snug fit. If they have long hair please be sure to take this into consideration when ordering the size.*
❖CLEANING & MAINTENANCE:
Quick Clean: For a quick and easy spot clean; Wash in warm soapy water and a sponge or clothe. Do NOT use any Chemicals to clean the collar.
Deep Clean: If the collar needs a deeper clean; Then put it in with your usual washing (maximum 40 degree). Ensure the collar is in a wash bag or tied in a sock (to protect the Metal hardwear). We recommended washing your collars and leads weekly to ensure they are kept free from dirt, dust, sand, salt etc to prevent your hardware from breaking.
Ensure the products are dried after each use to preserve the hardware. With the exception of the brass, all hardware is plated, therefore it is recommended to dry and clean it carefully to preserve it to prevent any rust on rivets.

I unfortunately am unable to accept returns and exchanges for this product.
I do offer an in-depth customer service and reply to messages and querries quickly if you need help prior to your order.
This item is hand made to order and your specifications therefore CANNOT be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
Proof of posting will be required incase the item does not arrive back to me
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
