How to Measure Your Dog

Measure around your dog’s neck where the collar will naturally sit

Allow space for two fingers for comfort

Record the measurement in cm or inches
Consider fur length to ensure a comfortable fit.
Cleaning & Care

Clean with warm soapy water using a sponge or cloth

Do not use chemicals on waterproof webbing or Biothane

Dry thoroughly after use to preserve hardware

With the exception of brass, all hardware is plated and should be dried carefully

As each item is handmade to order and customised to your specifications, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or defective.
