Each collar includes:

• Metal buckle (round or square depending on stock)

• D-ring for lead attachment

• Strap keeper for ID tags or excess strap (not weight-bearing)

How to Measure Your Dog

1. Measure around your dog’s neck where the collar will naturally sit

2. Allow space for two fingers for comfort

3. Record the measurement in cm or inches

Consider fur length to ensure a comfortable fit.

Cleaning & Care

• Clean with warm soapy water using a sponge or cloth

• Do not use chemicals on waterproof webbing or Biothane

• Dry thoroughly after use to preserve hardware

• With the exception of brass, all hardware is plated and should be dried carefully

Returns Policy

As each collar is handmade to order and customised to your specifications, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

• Buyers are responsible for return postage

• Proof of posting is required

• Items must be returned in original condition or loss in value may apply
