❖PRODUCT INFORMATION
Wild Pup Shop's Adjustable Paracord Collar will survive just about anything you throw at it and are easy to clean whilst maintaining the colour. Perfect for the wettest and muddiest Wild Pup.
The Collars are handmade in Portsmouth by myself, Using Colourful PPM rope is strong and easy to clean. It is mould and dirt resistant. The rope is light weight (even when wet) and drys quickly. Suitable for all dog sizes. These are extremely strong, durable and easy to clean.
The adjustable straps are made from waterproof Webbing that is available in lots of colours on this listing. The waterproof webbing is PVC/TPU-coated. It is much more durable than common polypropylene webbing. It is abrasion-resistant, 100% water and bacteria-resistant, and does not stretch. It is durable, easily cleaned, and waterproof. The waterproof webbing is a Vegan leather alternative and popular as a substitute for leather in applications like collars and halters, or in straps for medical and athletic applications where cleanability is especially needed.
The Collars are 16mm, 20mm or 25mm wide. These are suitable for medium to large breed dogs.

❖OPTIONS & UPGRADES
Each collar has a metal buckle, a “D” ring (for the lead to attach to) and strap keeper (for any excess tail or for the ID tag. PLEASE NOTE STRAP KEEPER IS NOT WEIGHT BEARING, DO NOT USE TO RESTRAIN YOUR PET).
The Hardware on the collars are available in various colours (Silver, Gold, Rose Gold & Neo). All hardware used is high quality, The coloured hardware is coated and therefore over time will show some wear and tear.
The shape of the buckle may vary between the round or square style, depending on what is in stock. If you would like a particular shape buckle, please message beforehand to check stock.
The rope is fused and secured by strong metal rope clamps (in matching Hardware colour). This is much stronger and durable then whipping.

❖HOW TO MEASURE YOUR DOG FOR A CUSTOM COLLAR:
Measure around the neck with a tape measure where the collar would naturally sit, insert a couple of your fingers for comfort and record the measurement in inches or cm.
*Please note when measuring your pets’ neck be sure to measure a comfortable yet snug fit. If they have long hair please be sure to take this into consideration when ordering the size.*
❖CLEANING & MAINTENANCE:
Quick Clean: For a quick and easy spot clean; Wash in warm soapy water and a sponge or clothe. Do NOT use any Chemicals to clean the collar.
Deep Clean: If the collar needs a deeper clean; Then put it in with your usual washing (maximum 40 degree). Ensure the collar is in a wash bag or tied in a sock (to protect the Metal hardwear). We recommended washing your collars and leads weekly to ensure they are kept free from dirt, dust, sand, salt etc to prevent your hardware from breaking.
Ensure the products are dried after each use to preserve the hardware. With the exception of the brass, all hardware is plated, therefore it is recommended to dry and clean it carefully to preserve it to prevent any rust on rivets.

I unfortunately am unable to accept returns and exchanges for this product.
I do offer an in-depth customer service and reply to messages and querries quickly if you need help prior to your order.
This item is hand made to order and your specifications therefore CANNOT be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
Proof of posting will be required incase the item does not arrive back to me
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
